All the young people in our Talent Network have completed the employability skills training programme in our Placer Skills Academy, ensuring they understand the mindset and skills needed for career success.
We partner with employers and apprenticeship training providers to understand the young people they are looking to attract, and then promote matching opportunities to our young people.
Our partners can also invite our young people to their talent attraction events, and also host online webinars that we promote to our young people.
