Placer delivers work readiness online training for young people in partnership with schools, colleges, universities and youth unemployment projects. Our training ensures young people will be more effective in work experience and placements during education, such as on a T-Level placement, and also stand out with employers looking to recruit work-ready talent.

All Courses CPD-Accredited

All our courses are CPD accredited, providing a printable certificate for every course completed.

This provides a competitive edge where one is needed, for example a job interview or T Level placement.

CPD can also set individuals apart in the job market, many candidates vying for particular roles often hold similar fundamental qualifications.

If you are interested in our courses, we can provide you with a free trial to access all the courses and content to help you design a programme with us, tailored for your learners.

Certified Work Ready

When a student has completed at least ten Work Readiness online courses, they will graduate with a digital and verifiable certificate from Placer Skills Academy, great for sharing on social media and with potential employers!

Having this certificate helps learners to stand-out with employers looking to recruit work-ready talent.        

Programme Launch and Celebration Events

As an additional option, we can work with you to launch the programme with your learners either on-site or on-line. This is a great way to meet a member of the team supporting them through the programme.

At the end of the programme, we can also attend a celebration event with your learners to celebrate their achievement.

This is a great way to reinforce the importance of work readiness training!
